This page explains what data the teccmanage website collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
We handle your data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
1What we collect and why
We collect only what you send us yourself through the contact form: your name, company or organization, email, phone, reason for contacting us, nearest branch, subject, areas of interest, and your message — to answer your request and route it to the right team.
Your IP address is used temporarily to rate-limit repeated requests and protect the site from abuse; it is not stored with your message.
We never ask for sensitive personal data through the site, and we ask that you do not include it in your messages or in your conversation with the assistant.
2Cookies
The site does not set any cookies for visitors, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not track your browsing across other websites.
Your browser stores a single flag in session storage (sessionStorage) so the loading screen is shown only once during your visit; it is cleared automatically when you close the tab and holds no personal data.
3Data retention
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
4Profiling and automated decisions
We do not build personal profiles about you and we do not make automated decisions that affect you. The smart assistant answers general enquiries only; it is not used to evaluate or score you.
5Use of the site by children
The site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from this age group.
6Links to other sites
The site may contain links to third-party sites (such as the Company’s social-media accounts or partner links). Those sites are governed by independent privacy policies, and the Company is not responsible for their content or practices.
